White Sec (2019)
The 2019 White Sec blends Chardonnay, Riesling, and Aligoté, aged 18 months on lees. With a subtly sweeter profile, it bursts with pear and caramel apple, balanced by freshness and lift. About 30,000 bottles were preserved — a rare semi-sweet sparkler bridging classic elegance with a dessert-friendly style.
